Hello, I just installed the AQ-MP-5BT-H into my 08 Ultra Classic Anniversary Edition. The unit works with Bluetooth and my phone, however I can only control the volume with my phone. I cannot control volume from the headunit at all. Nor will any other controls work properly. Example; push and button and it goes to bass 2, press another button it goes to treb-3, press another and you get F1 and so on. Cannot change radio stations from the headunit or bars. Talked with Aquatic rep on the phone, reset the unit, still no difference. He thinks its a bad faceplate and said send it back to Dennis Kirk. I just want to check with folks to see if it is possibly something else before I go sending the unit back. Any help is greatly appreciated.

This is not the first time I have heard of problems with Aquatic HU. It seems that they are hit or miss with their quality. I suggest you send it back as Aquatic suggested and get a sony or kenwood HU and be done with it.

















Both of these hu have white backgrounds to be easier to see on a bright day and have the Bluetooth you want.
