I have an 09 SG but I believe the radios work the same. If you turn the radio on and push the Audio button on the left handle bar in, it will give you selections like Bass?Treble and such. On my radio button if you push the audio button in 5 times it puts you on the AVC selection which is Audio Volume Control and then you can adjust the audio switch up/down to desired settings. I believe I have mine set on three bars and that appears to work pretty good. Then to get out and back the the main screen just push the audio button in again. I know the radios have changed a little bit over the years but think they still function the same way as current. Good Luck and hope that helps.
