hogtune amp
i installed the new rev 225 amp that hogtune just came out with. the rev200 was getting alot of radio interference so i decided to try the newest one. my question is do i need to have it flashed if i am only running 2 speakers? this is on a 2016 sgs. yes i know there are better amp and speaker packages but i had picked up the rev 200 amp and speaker package used from a buddy for a good deal, and hogtunes said the new amp addresses the interfence issues which it does. but they dont mention anything about flashing the radio after install.

The bt355 has the connectors on it to hook directly to factory wiring for easy install. There are a couple other line levelers that have connections but dont have the internal filters that the bt355 have. Some people have been able to get by with a basic LL, others have not. The software flash in the head unit determines that. Since its hard to get a flash to fix the eq curve on the signal most just use a bt355, then it doesnt matter what the flash is.
