2012 Street glide audio upgrade
I have a 2012 street glide with no upgrades to the audio system... and it sucks... I want something thats going to be loud... Ive been doing some research and I see that RF and Kicker make plug and play kits that come with speakers, amp and wiring but Im not sure if I can get the same results at a lower price point by purchasing my own amp and speakers ( I also dont know if anyone who has the so I can physically go somewhere to hear these set ups before I go buy one)... Im also not sure of what will fit in the bike without heavily modifying anything... Im not against changing the head unit as well, Id actually like something with Bluetooth for my phone so I dont need the six cable... any guidance here will be awesome, Im capable of the install I just mainly need pointers on what I actually need to purchase and wire sizes...

I was thinking I should go with a 4 channel amp, in case Id ever add more speakers... and as far as budget the RF kit I guess youd call it is in the $800 range... I wouldnt mind being around there if its gonna be a better system... but for now just an amp, two speakers, and possibly a head unit
