Default Wiring in parallel question

I have a biketronics 4 channel amp and have 6 speakers to run, all 4 ohm.

Can I use channels 1 and 2 for 4 speakers in parallel and the remaining channels like normal?

Also when hooking up speakers in parallel, does it matter where the positive/positive and negative /negative connection is made? I already have wires ran independently to the fairing, can I just connect the sets of wires appropriately behind the fairing and plug them into the amp?
