Default Bridged and parallel

After reading the sticky's, I'm still not sure of the out come???
I have a SS PN 4.520 amp and will be installing a pair of Hertz CPX 165 Pro's, to replace Titan II's in the fairing, the lowers I have a pair of CS series Kickers.
The Titan's bit the dust. I have it wired as a 4 channel output now, sounded pretty good until the Titans went out.

So my thoughts are to run the left side speakers in parallel, and right side speakers in parallel, then bridge them at the amp?
From what I understand I'll have a 2 ohm load at the amp with about 140w pushing each side?
I'll set the amp on HP at 80hz settings.

Am I correct? Is this a doable set-up? Or should I just keep it a 4 channel set-up?

Bike is a 15 RG custom.

Your thoughts are welcome.

Thanks

I would run each one to its own channel if you only have 4 speakers

You can’t wire it that way. That amp is 4ohm stable when bridged.

not with those speakers. It should be plenty of power.

Could swap amp out for the PN4.1000D correct? That should be 2 ohm stable bridged I believe.

nope not that one either.

2ohm bridged (mono) is the same as 1 ohm stereo, so you’d need to find a 1 ohm stable amp.

The PN4 1000D is 140 watts per channel at 4 ohms BUT it is not 2 ohm stable in bridged mode only 4 ohm load.

Myself I would leave each speaker on it's own channel to have better control of the output and balance

I don't think I could fit anything bigger that what I have. The PN 4 1000D is too long.
