It’s not often you meet people like Rob now a days. Invited me over and went over exactly what I was looking for in my system. For other people that may be interested this is what we came up with
This setup will deff be a great start to my system.

Fairing and Horns on ch 1&2. Lowers are on ch 3&4. While this isnt ideal it sounds great and Im happy with it. Seriously thinking about a JL 600.6 though lol

Matt, Thanks for sharing. What are you looking to get out of your new system? The more I research the more confusing it can be.
I have a 2012 SG, fairing and lowers only, and my need is for in town and highway speeds. I think this might be the way for me to go as well.
The only holdup is that I've never heard the PRV's in person and that makes me hesitant to jump in the game.
Definitely let us know what you think of your new system.

I would be a hell of a lot more concerned about a 4 speaker PA 6.5 only setup. That loudspeaker sound ain't for everyone. Get ur ears on a few setups before u open the wallet.
T, totally agree. I think mine sounds great, and is super loud and crisp, but Im still kicking tires looking for something to warm mine up a bit.
Good feedback brother. I'm kind of thinking that for a 4 speaker setup there are a few aggressive combos that might bridge the gap just a touch, mainly for the ear fatigue that can creep up in the fairing from PA & horn combos.
Inthewindmn runs the AWs with horns in the fairing and it works very well but lots of power required w those speaks. I have tried several different full range woofs paired w horns and they definitely bring the warmth in exchange for the loud. The last fairing I tried was the Hertz MLK woof w horns and it was a pretty damn nice sound.
That's the unicorn hunt I guess. Possibly get some warmth via full range woofs in the fairing for guys pairing w horns or add some warmth at additional speaker locations.
The options are unfortunately endless as each rider has very different ears and goals. Ultimately the reason this sled audio rubics cube can be a very cool hobby for many.
