I zoomed in on the picture and it seems not-quite-right. There's a lot of pixelation around the letters on the unit, suggesting it may have been edited. One can also see shadowing of other surrounding graphics, suggesting the background was cloned.
The image is from FACEBOOK (starts with FB_) - that should say enough about authenticity.
I would love to know more about the details behind it.
What year / model bike was it tried with?
I zoomed in on your profile, you have one post. That should say enough...
I would love to mesh this thing with my '17 RGU, but the parts guy tells me the head unit alone is $2k - and the radio-amp-speakers are the same as what I currently have in my '17. If that is case, I will probably stay with my dinosaur boom!, even if their is an upgrade path (which my guess is, there won't be).
If there is a will....... I will bet that some one some where will figure out just how to marry the new boom gts to an older bike. Its just a matter of time.

There have been a few You Tube Videos on the GTS. One thing that I do not understand why only Apple CarPlay and not include the Android Auto?

Nice review. I have to admit, I was tempted by the 114 and the GTS to considering a trade. But after thinking things through, I am going to stick with my '17. Maybe the '20's will come out with something to further entice me.

Thats going to be their answer until they sell enough 2019s. Once the sales drop off they will probably come out with a software change or some adapter cable that will let them be retrofitted. Otherwise there is no other incentive really to buy a 2019 if you already have a M8 engine.

This was my thought also, but at $1900 its not really worth it.
What ever happened to that marine rated alpine radio that Biketronics was testing?
