Sad to see it really does talk to the bcm and determine the year model. There is zero reason it can't be compatible with at least the 17/18 bikes. Maybe a little for 14-16 due to sensor changes with milwaukee engines... but seeing there is zero other reason to buy the 19s.... I guess they felt they had to.
I zoomed in on the picture and it seems not-quite-right. There's a lot of pixelation around the letters on the unit, suggesting it may have been edited. One can also see shadowing of other surrounding graphics, suggesting the background was cloned.
The image is from FACEBOOK (starts with FB_) - that should say enough about authenticity.
I would love to know more about the details behind it.

What year / model bike was it tried with?
Jease man. Relax. It was taken off of Fb, but the person that threw the picture up owns 3 dealerships. Quit nit picking.

I read on another forum that a dealer was going to try and hook one up and see what happens. That was suppose to be yesterday. I sure hope we can gt it unlocked.
I'll probably buy one over the winter as well (if it works). Just bought my CVO last August & spent $1k in new rear suspension 2 months ago. Worth it to me to do this upgrade. The aftermarket Sony radio is an option, but Carplay can't be controlled by the joysticks going that way (assume GTS can), plus I'd lose TPMS and a few other functions that won't be displayed with aftermarket.
