Since Boom doesn’t have 8” does that mean you’re selling those junky aftermarket lids? I may know someone with a use for them...lol

Seriously what benifit do tweeters in the lids have that tweeters in the lowers don’t have? Since the tweeters in the lowers are in front of your listening position and the tweeters in the lids are behind you. Just asking.

Could you do do me a favor and post a photo of your other bike? Just for the learning experience.

PA speakers are crude and loud and cheap
I just saw the words "crude" and "loud" and "cheap" and I KNEW he was talking about me! So I went with a pair of $120 Mmats in my lowers and prefer them over the very nice coaxials I had there before hand.

I ain't the sharpest tool in the shed but I know I already have PLENTY of high frequencies pointing at my noggin from my fairing speakers. I also have quite a bit aimed at the back of my head from my lids and rear pods. That's enough for me. I don't think pushing more cymbals and screeching vocals up my nose is necessary. It's all about balance, not sheer volume.

Well your profile photo shows you riding a pretty stock looking Street Glide. I was hoping to get some ideas from your bike with your sound system.
