Default Crossing ARC Moto692s

Looking for those with more knowledge where to cross my Moto 692's in the bags. Is 70hz to low for the ARCs?
Stock HU thru RF DSR-1, BT4250

I have not used that particular speaker, but i would start at 90hz, crank em up, and ease the crossover point down til your ears are happy. Exact same way i do with all my speakers.

Just my $.02

it's been a while since I worked with the arc 6x9's but it will kind of depend on how much power your are sending them. what amp are you using. I think i remember crossing them at 80hz and being ok, but i was also using the arc moto600.4 amp with them. I do like the speakers an they work pretty well. what are you powering them with?

Good point here, amp will determine xover point as well as the type of music you listen to, so i always use my ears, never a specific number.

Stock head unit, thru a RF DSR-1, American HardBagger harness, Biketronics BT4250 amp... Currently crossing at 70 hz with a 24db slope pretty happy with the result but don't want to end up rattling them to death. Specs say a freq response of 50hz to 20Khz but I don't think 50 hz is realistic.
