I can not recall who turned me on to this product in a past post? I believe it was Gypse. I would like to know what anyone else has done for application? Im thinking 3M adhesive spray? Also how did anyone get the creases out of the material? Thanks!

I ironed out the wrinkles, and it did not seem to affect its water resistance. i jut cut mine to fit the grills on the front and glued them in, on the rear a little glue and then sandwiched it
in between the lid and cone.
I was thinking the same thing as far as the iron but did not try it, mostly because Im not sure where the Mrs. keeps it. I used a heat gun and got them pretty smooth. I will say dont get distracted or it will distort quickly even on a low heat setting.
I did not use silicone. I placed the membrane inside the grill using a light coat of Scotch 77(?) spray adhesive. Only had two holes close up, hardly noticeable.
