They use a 6-3/4" nominal speaker size. From my notes during install, mine are 2014 first model year so no guarantees these have/haven't been revised by MoCo:
The speaker pod ID is in the 5.7" - 5.75" range (cutout diameter)
Speaker mounting screws mount at bout 6.2"
Max grille OD is about 7"
Speaker pod OD is just at or a hair over 7", maybe 7.1"
