I have the flat kit that goes above the 6x9. I had to disassemble my lids 3x because the DD VO6x9 is causing the tweeter to vibrate loose. I put a bit of blue loctite on the last time and the seem to be holding up. Other than that, they are good, but pricey.

I'm looking to use this with the VO 6x9 also. I guess I was looking to justify the price. I don't have a problem spending money on quality well built items. Are you using the Hertz tweeter with the VO's, and if so how do you like them?

I'm running DD B3's in them. I've also used the Cadence XT60 in them while one of my B3s were down. Worked out great for my solution on my Road King Special. I'm about to redo my system. If you aren't in a rush and wouldn't mind the flat version of their Tweeter mount, I'd sell them at a great price. If not, good luck, their kit works great, but just a bit pricy is all.

I definitely appreciate the offer, but I kinda like the idea of pointing the tweeters in the same direction as the 6x9. Im sure theres hardly much difference, but I think I would always be wondering if Im leaving some sound on the table. Thanks for the response and pics.
