Default Flashing boom stage 1

Question regarding flashing for the stage 1 system. I upgraded to stage 1 recently, but still need to get the system flashed to recognize the amps and 8 speakers. I'm under the impression you need a Harley technician with their digital technician 2 software in order to make this happen. Most of the area dealers are booked for weeks. We have an Indy that told me he could do it. While I and lots of friends have had work done by him, I'm not sure if I should have him tinkering with this. Any thoughts?

If u know the exact flash u are wanting, go to the Indy. Most of those digital techs are similar to the the "Big Mac & fries" overlay.

I really just want to make sure the radio can recognize the boom amps and speakers without causing a problem.

Just trying to get some insight. Don't know a ton about audio systems or how these flashes work. Nor what HD has access to vs an indy.
