2018 Street Glide Special

My navigation works however I cannot HEAR the turn by turn prompts. How can I activate the volume to the navigation in order to hear turn by turn?

in the menu there somewhere you can set where the promps go, either speakers or headset, look it's in there, probably set to headset

You can also control the volume of the prompts in the settings menu

Each mode or media is a separate volume control. Music, phone, ringtone and nav all have separate volumes. Each of those should have a setting available. If running nav and it's giving you a prompt (ie. music gets silent) raise the volume while it's in prompt mode.

Works the same way for each mode. While music plays you can adjust volume, while phone rings you can adjust volume.
