Default Is this right?

The Stinger SPX700X4 amp I ordered showed up yesterday, I opened it up and saw the power certificate. It says the Rated RMS power output is 100x4 @ 4ohms, the measured is 109. But when I was looking into this amp it everything shows 125x4 at 4 ohm.
I know it's only a 25 watt difference, but this doesn't seem right. Is this correct?

Yea it is. If you look on the box in red it states 100w x 4. Most I have put in state 103-107 on the birth sheet. After the install and tune, you wont care what the sheet says.
