They are the sister company of Cerwin Vega. CV does make a amp with the same specs the B4 amp. Sources say while similar in specs the B4 is cheaper by $200. Not as clean on sound and runs a little hotter than the Micro 4. The Micro 4 runs $399 before tax and the B4 is about $200 before tax here in MD.
Its another option for those that don't want to lose bag space.
