Default Looking for advice

I recently purchased a used 15 Street Glide CVO (FLHXSE). It has the factory 6.5 radio with the boom audio stage 2 (amp in fairing and left bag). I believe the fairing has 6.5's and the bag lids have 5x7's. I have a few speakers that are blown and am wanting to change the system out. I contacted American Hard Bag and the guy suggested I change the entire system but can still work with the factory radio. I would like to keep the factory radio. He sent be a list of the parts/products needed. I guess I'm wondering my best option. I'm looking to stay with the 6.5's in the fairing but move to 6x9's in the bag lids. I was thinking about purchasing the wiring components American Hard Bag stated I needed from them but going with the Soundstream PN4. 1000D and Polk MM series 6.5's and 6x9's. Will this all fit my bike or are there better options. The tag on this set up would put me in the $1,100.00 range. Thanks in advance for any info!!!!
