Don't think there is a T Harness available from Maestro for HD, so I don't think that will work.

I could only find pre Rushmore by searching Google, however AHB has some kind of harness they selling with it. Oh well. I'll just clean up the rats nest of extra wires and make room.

I can't believe RF would and did put that a product with every little information on how to use it. you would think after this product been out for a couple of years somebody would have done a YouTube video on basic tuning. I mean, not just a talk about controls, but actually have a bike or speakers connected to it so an novelist would have an idea of what they are getting into. I know there has been a lot of good information on this site, between this site and AHB those of us that don't do tuning on a daily bases would have not only paid 200+ for the product, but also another who knows how much to get the thing to do what is is designed to do.

Thank you guys for your input and if you read this whole post, I'm just venting!!!!!

I'm about to jump in head first on this, so if you have any words of wisdom, now would be a great time to let them out. I feel pretty confident with the firmware update and install. After that I'll be winging it.

the app may be for apple products because mine don't look like that at all. I know they are two different IOS, but if they were to explain how to do it, it should be on a vehicle (car) or whatever. hearing what it sound like instead of " if you want to do this or if you want to do that", anybody could tell you what to do, but if you not a audio person you wouldn't know if you have one set of speaker right to mix with the other set. im just going to keep reading and maybe something will happen. I don't think I'm far off the mark though.

Not coming down on anyone on this, just throwing my 2 pennies in the mix.

The DSP wasn't REALLY designed for us novices. It's typically sold to and used by audio professionals that know what to do and how to do it. Today's retail/internet marketing is what brought these to us. I don't differentiate this tool from any other tool I use.

When I first bought my welder, it came with instruction on how to power it and insert the wire spool. That was about it. It didn't tell or teach me how to weld properly.

All of my tools came with a learning curve to use them properly, safely and efficiently. I view a dsp the same way. They'll tell you how to wire it and connect it, it's up to us for the rest.

Just like sex, practice makes perfect. So learn about freq's, Q's, input voltages, eq's and the other. Then hit the shix out of it.

I will 100% agree with this. I was frustrated too when I started to try and understand
what this tool does. BTW I have the arc. Thankfully I had a good buddy of mine install
and get a baseline set. I’ve had it for over a year now and just recently started to understand what Q does. I respect the guys
that don’t want to give out free tunes or should the manufacture have to spend time with you to help
tune your bike. Yes I had some help would I have installed one without probably not. If your that frustrated
with it pull it out and set your gains and crossovers and ride. Yooperhog has a kick *** system and he does not
have a DSP. So it can be done. Unfortunately in my opinion that RF unit is at the bottom of DSPs. Steep
learning curve and lots of issues from what I have read and seen.
