Have 2019 RGS.
Have put the USB in from my 2015 and it will only play 11 songs out of over 300 on the flash drive. Have formatted the drive reloaded the music to no avail. Bought new usb and have same problem.
All it says on the screen is Reading at the top and Indexing towards the bottom of the screen.
Anyone got any ideas?

Can you provide USB type and size - File and folder format and structure? It may depend on how the music is stored as to whether these new units will be able to access music.
