Software update problem: Help!
I downloaded the latest software, 1.22.0.2 for my Infotainment system as I currently have 1.21.3.1 I unzipped the file and moved it to a flash drive. When I plugged it into my bike (2017 Ultra Classic), the screen said it was authenticating the software. It then asked me if I wanted to install the upgrade software of 1.22.0.2 However, the "Yes" button would not function! The "No" button lit up which only exited the program. I tried it again and waitied a few minutes in case it was still authenticating the software but it still won't let me press "Yes"! Can someone please tell me what the problem might be? Thanks!

Me too. Technically I think you posted in the right spot. And I'm sure people on here know the answer but there will be people in Touring that can help too.
Your fine posting it in here don’t let the other newbies deter you. Updating
the HU in my opinion is overrated. . I am still running the 19.1 version which for me
works the best. Maybe try reloading it to your thumb drive and try again.
This Newbie can tell you that instead of trying again with version 1.22.0.2, that many people are having problems with, try version 1.22.0.1 others have had better results. As the Veteran has said staying up with the latest download is way overrated. For every one glitch it fixes many times it causes 2 or 3 more. Also people do the free system update thinking it will update the GPS. It doesn't work that way. You have to pay for GPS updates. However, you do get a limited number of free GPS updates. Check with your dealer if that is what you are looking for or download the HD ride planner app for more information. Good luck
