the Kappa's you included a link to, are those meant to be a possible substitute for the mmats PA601xc's or for the tour pack? I don't know that they will fit in the tour pack. If they would be potential substitutes how do they compare?

The Kappas fit with a spacer in the tour pak. Mmats in the fairing. You will hear it at 80mph.
