The tag gives part number 7291-09A. I looked it up and cant found it. I dont remember if it connects to anything. It's the elbow piece at the bottom of the photo. Does it connect somewhere under the battery?

Ok all of that is intact. So it just runs to as a drain and does t need to connect to anything on the other end of the second hose?
