From what I have been told no Street Glides come with rear speakers except for the CVOs which have everything already installed. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
Most of us just run our own speaker wire down the backbone to where we want to go. It's pretty easy to take the center console and tank off. Then you can run them inside the wire tray down the spine of the bike to where you want to go. Most use some type of quick disconnect right outside the saddlebags so you can take them off for servicing and cleaning.
On my TM400X4ad I crimped red (small) quick disconnects on the wiring harness of the amp with the corresponding ends on the speaker wires. That way if I ever wanted to swap out the amp I wouldn't have to cut anything. This is not necessary but I thought I'd toss that out there just in case. I then wrapped all that up with some Tessa tape.
That's a good sounding amp for its size. I occasionally think I might want something a little more powerful than mine but I haven't found anything that puts out more power that will mount vertically with the wires coming out the ends. I don't really need to swap it out, just like to tinker sometimes. I have no trouble getting it to blend with the front stage properly.
There should be a harness coming out of the stock radio to a 4 pin plug that is not connected to anything. Why do you want that rear speaker wires? Are you planning to flash your radio to open the rear channel and achieve fade function? If so then you will need a second BT355 set up for the rear. If that is not yor plan then you should just run a Y split RCA from the front BT355 to the front and rear inputs of the amp. The run new speaker wire direct from the amp to the speakers.
I have a 19 Street Glide, I would like to add tour pak speakers (5 1/4"?) And possibly speakers for the lowers. If possible I'd like to add it without a amp. Just looking for a little more sound. Where can I come off the factory harness to achieve this? Does anyone sell a harness for a set up like this? I do not want to cut into the factory wiring because of warranty.
And if anyone would like to chime in, I'm also looking to hook lights up on the tour pak. Same as speakers, without cutting factory wires if possible.

If your not looking to add an amp I wouldnt spend any money on speakers. Especially not lowers. You may be able to get away with just Adding TP speaks but definitely not lowers

Thank you for the quick response.
But that's just it, I'm ignorant to the new systems and what the factory stereo can handle speaker wise. I put a stereo system on my last bike, but I could cut into the wiring on it. Does anyone sell a wiring harness to just plug in for rear speakers? I know SG doesn't normally come with rear speakers.

Theres a plug for the rear speakers but you will need to have your HU flashed to open those channels up.
Just an FYI but you don't have to cut into your new bikes wiring to add an amp and speakers.
If you wanted to add speakers to your bike without an amp, the only thing you can add is the tourpack speakers. Lowers are useless without an amp....so is the tourpack but I'm attempting to answer your question. You would have to have your dealer flash your HU to be like an Ultra with front and rear speakers with fade. Then tie onto the rear speaker output (4 pin plug) and run your own speaker wire to the tourpack.

I was assuming the stereo would be capable of at least 4 channels without an amp. But is the 4 pin plug something I could buy at my local dealer or aftermarket?

It already has the 4 pin plug. You just have to have the dealer flash the HU to activate it (rear channels). I'm quite certain you can buy the corresponding plug from the dealer.
