Default USB Drive

If memory serves, someone had posted a website with the program that allowed the user to level out the volume on the tracks on a USB drive. Can't remember the name of the program or website, but I think I remember reading about it here? Can anybody help an old head out?

I didn't have much luck with this working all that well. It worked for some songs but upped the volume for others. Maybe it was operator error
