Sony 7000 metra kit

For those with the metra install kit for the Sony 5000 or 7000, does the black plastic dash kit have swirl marks and superficial scratches? I just got mine from a place I won’t divulge (haven’t contacted them quite yet) but it has swirls all over the bezels around the Sony. I doubt it’s Normal, but wanted to check before I make a stink about it.

I've installed a few so far and yes the finish is rough on the trim/bezel. I tried a polishing compound on it, but couldn't get through all the cheap mess from the factory.
