Well guys I took that fairing off and man I think Ill pay to have it done. My old road glide was dummy proof and had plenty of room under the fairing. This new bike its wires and pods makes me not so sure about an install. How would one mount an amp. Local audio store says use soundz or Rockford so I definitely wont be going there

depending on your amp choice most will just sit on top of the headlight with some velcro. it looks way worse than it is man
There are some options, that will help if your willing. A Lex Rivera amp tray opens up a lot of room under the radio. If your interested in an aftermarket radio, the Alpine ILX-W650 media player opens up a lot more room, but takes a few mods to install. There is a kit to make it fit right in there.

How do you like the Alpine ILX-W650? I would LOVE to get that much space back in the fairing, but dont want to lose out on Car Play, Screen glair, etc. Thinking about a Sony 7000 until I saw this. Any insight would be appreciated. It would be paired with a DSI-2, two SD1200 evox and a SD400 evox.
