Bringing this back around. Besides my ears, is there a way/tool to pinpoint where the frequency dial is on an amp? The stinger in particular has two numbers on it, 40 and 400, and is a smooth dial without "clicks". The technical part of my brain wants to know exactly where 80 or 100 hertz is, if possible. Thanks

I do have one question though. Its states that if you were to tune at 14.4V for max volume, that if you ran it at 13.3V, that you would be running past distortion max e level. To my non-electrical brain, I thought if you set max at 14.4V, then your actually safer when youre below those volts.

I don't believe it's a huge factor on a sled. It's just something to be aware of. Now 10K watts on 4 15's I would worry that in a bass race or long demo that my coils will be getting hot as well as my amps.
