He had top shop before not sure what he's using this time. My point was that you said you had .75 ft3 in a fairly large bag and only had volume for an 8" sub. I think the mid bass are more forgiving on volume or the volume is more in the speakers freq range.

def more forgiving. Bit those subs add those lower frequencies that i love. Im an old school basshead and needed that. Plus having 8's in my lowers help with the higher frequencies that the subs dont play.
are u going aftermarket bags? My 7 down and 9 back bags from Kody were only big enough (.75 airspace) to house 8's.
Aftermarket bags but not massive bags, probably .6ish for 10" airspace. Having room for 8" lids doesn't help. Jefe Customs did the cut and seal. Just have to shop damn hard for the perfect 10" sub. Will house most reasonably deep 10s but the challenge is the perfect airspace requirements.

why not go subs if your gonna seal and port the bags?
I considered subs. I have insane asylum 6 down 8 back bags. They were already cut and ported for the faitals. Honestly the ring that is in there doesn't leave a ton of space for sub excursion. So instead of having a lot of glasswork done, I'm sticking with faitals. They play plenty low as far as I'm concerned.
Just did painted inner fairing, chopped tour pack, chrome front end, polished rotors and pulley, polished the edges of stock wheels, new ac and added lowers where 601 cx s will go changing the head unit too as soon as I decide on which one
just doing cosmetic stuff to mine, floorboards, shifter, foot brake lever, etc etc. Got too much money going into ink this year to do any major audio upgrades
