arc 602s in faring
pioneer 6900s in lids
when installing the sony the switch for the crossover on the front channel failed while tuning the amp. im running all 4 speakers in parallel on the rear channel. looking to replace amp with something mainly for the fairing spreakers. i cant hear much out of the lids at 70.
any help would be appreciated. current setup jams, just looking to improve.

If you are keeping the arc's then you will need more power to get them to sound good. The problem with those arcs are the more power, the less reliable they become. I don't think a stinger will do them justice but a massive tx48, focal sport, SD800.4S may be ok too. My suggestion is replace those arc's with more efficient, better sensitivity speaker. Then you can get a better SQ amp.
Right now one of the best bang for the buck is a set of mmats pa601cx for the fairing, mmats pa 690.3 for the lids all running off a stinger. Perfect combo amp/speakers for just damn good SQ.
After my recent expeience with the stinger amp, 2 of them, i would not suggest it. The mmats speakers are a go. I've had very good luck with the SD800.4 Evo S amp, if uou had room the 1200 would be even better. Just my 2 cents, another option is maybe a used rf tm400.

I would agree w this in general. The Stinger is a great amp however the headroom is not something I would personally purchase as a primary stage amp. Go big or go home? Lol!!
I'm a big fan of the TX48, Focal Sport, and the SD S models with the correct ohm pairings.
