Hey guys! So I have a arc audio bx125 amp and I am looking for the best speakers for a 2 speaker only system. I used their low end 6.5’s but quickly smoked them. It’s on a 2001ultra. I emailed arc about the moto602’s and they say while these speakers will sound good they may not have the volume I would like? I find this odd since they are the speakers they supply in the MPAK 6 kit. So what are suggestions knowing this amp only puts out 70x2 at 4 ohms.
I am currently running CDT audio 6.5,
2 ohm speakers, and while at 125 watts they sound good, I just feel like there’s something better.
Honestly that amp is holding you back. If your wanting volume 70w isn’t going to get it done. There’s lots of info
on 2 speaker systems and all of them are going to require more than your amp is going to provide.

If you quickly smoked whatever speakers sounds like you don't have something set properly. Why wouldn't the motos be loud enough for a two speaker setup? Also how old is the ks 125 they discontinued that amp a few years ago? If you were going with the Arc set up you should've bought the mpak with the 600.4 or the 720, you wouldn't had any issues with loudness or power.
