After several PMs and help from those of you who know more than most, I think I have come up with a short-mid term solution. I just want to double check that I am getting the right stuff. And thank you to all who have given their input.
2011 FLHTCU. I plan to get the 4 ohm SD1200.4 evo amp, two Faital 6RS140 8 ohm for my fairing, and two Hertz ST25s to toss in my gauges. This will go along with the two Mmat PA601cx which I am moving to the tour pack pods, and the two DB WDX6MOTO G2s which will remain in my lower fairings. I plan to parallel bridge the two Faitals to channels 1 and 2 of the 1200.4 and on channels 3 and 4 I will parallel the Mmats and the DBs to each channel. I'll use my NVX VADM2 to power the ST25s. Ahead of all this will be a Dayton 408 and Aquatic AV HU.
Ideally this will allow me to upgrade the TP or lowers in the future if I want to swap them out for PAs...right?
Looks like the a solid plan with what you already have, those faitals are nice speakers and sound good in the fairing, and adding the Dayton 408 is a good move with the ability to set crossovers and tune. Good luck with the build, and there is a Sound Warz Competition in Battle Creek, Michigan May 30th they are still planning on having, which you might want to make a day trip and put your ears on some awesome audio.
