Default Updating Infotainment System

Ok, so I downloaded the latest update from HD. Reformatted my USB drive before downloading, then slapped it into the USB port on the trike and...……..nothing happens! Tried 2 different USB drives and still nothing. The only thing that shows up on my screen is the current version of software installed, which is older than what I want to install. I even reset the radio hoping that would do the trick, no luck. Anybody else run into this problem?

I just updated my radio on Saturday and had no issues. What size is your USB Drive? I believe it needs to be 8gb or bigger. If it isn't then process won't start correctly.

Just to update my post. My USB drive is 8 mb so we're good there. I called customer care and it turns out the link from their website has problems so they emailed me a new link, which has solved the problem. I now can make calls again like it should have been all along. Here's the updated link:
