look under the gasket tape, there are actually 2 sets of holes, for a total of 8 holes used for different set ups. if you cant get anything that lines up there, then yes drill and tap your own.

OK, so that means drilling holes in the speaker frame, as the mounting holes on the speakers stick out beyond the bracket itself. I was hoping not to do that but whatever.
None of the holes will work. To make it fit I will have to remove the foam gasket and drill really close to the cone of some really expensive speakers.
I make a thin spacer that fit the profile of the Bayma's and screwed that to the BT adapter. I had to offset the speakers a little to get the fairing back on. Tight fit but it worked. I was definitely not comfortable with any modifying of the Beyma's. This was on a 2012 Roadglide.

I agree with you. I'm not going to drill into these things.
I went through the same problem when I bought a set of Beyma's for my 2012 Roadglide Custom.
Nothing I could do to get them to fit so I just sent them back for a refund.

I bought them from a forum member who is a dealer. I'm guessing there is no return policy.
drill the BT bracket in order to line up with the speaker, i didn't mean to drill the speaker!!!
hold the speaker in place on the bracket, mark the holes and drill it.

That's the issue. The bracket is smaller than the speaker. The holes that are available on the speaker are too wide for the bracket.
