Well....I ran out to work and grabbed a headset, and Digital Tech to try and help you...and proceeded to somehow brick my radio while trying to reflash it. So unless the update helped your situation, I won't be much help for a couple days at least.

Apparently it's the order that I did it in. After the fact, I checked H-D's dealer website and they had a service update a few days ago that says you need to do the USB update to the radio, before trying to do any Digital Tech reflashes, which I didn't do, but have never had an issue with. So you doing the USB update shouldn't be an issue.
