So I recently traded in my 2012 UC and got a 2020 Road Glide Limited. Thought I'd ride it in stock form for the balance of the summer/fall and then possibly upgrade the audio.
Not sure I can wait that long. Sitting stationary & at low speed, the stock system sounds not bad. As most know, once up to speed though, it sounds like crap!
I did pull my Stinger amp, Mmats PA601cx fairing speakers & Polk MM652 TP speakers out of the old bike. Nothing fancy but it worked well for me.
Decision now is do I put this stuff in now or wait till winter and maybe there will be a better basic option available?
If you liked it, put it in. There will always be something newer or better. But if you were happy with what you had, reuse it and put that money into other upgrades. Or gas.
