My question is about wiring the crossovers/horns - Currently I have the crossovers coming off the 6.5" speaker connections to crossover to the horns since I only have the one RF amp. Bad idea? Need another amp for the horns? If so, what would you suggest?
Wiring horns in parallel with woofers is never a great idea. Unless, you are running a passive xover network like a component set of speakers. I would look into a small sd250.2 for your horns. If you want even more control over everything a DSP would be a nice upgrade.
