Default Should I remove BT355 Line Leveler

I have 2019 flhxs with a (2 channel) RF TM400X2AD, running the stock GTS and hertz coaxials. I have the line levelers currently on the bike. I recently picked up Diag4 Bike SDS. I flashed the radio with J&M stage 5 flash that is in the software that comes with the SDS. There are a bunch of other settings regarding amps, speaker numbers etc. But it is not clear if those settings actually change the radio EQ curve, or just change functionality of controls.
So my question is, should I remove the line levelers? And I am pretty sure I will need to readjust the amp settings again?

Thanks for any enlightenment.

from what i've read and heard the newest RF flash is a good one, i've seen where the Soundz flash is the flattest(but doesnt allow for fade), either one I would remove the LLers, I removed mine with a different flash and prefer it. I havent seen what the JM flash looks like
