They do. I started with the DSR1 - 8 channels except 7/8 are subwoofer, and 3/4 (I think) are mirrored to channels 1/2. All that was fine except I have 10 speakers. Fairing, lowers, tour pack, and saddlebag lids (mids and tweeters), so I was two channels short and didn't want to bridge stuff. Maybe not smart, but it is what it is. So I kept the rockford up front and picked up a DSI-2 for the rear. I sent two of the rockford output channels to the rear as input for the DSI-2. Great...now I have plenty of outputs even if I end up adding say tourpack lid speakers.
Well the DSR1 bit the dust, and now I have a Dayton DSP-408 up front. Everything seems to be working well, but just wondering if there is any sort of best practice when it comes to running two DSP's. Since the AX-7000 has both front and rear RCA output, I could run the rear outs of the AX-7000 directly to the DSI-2 and continue using the DSP-408 in the front, or I can just leave it as is using two of the DSP-408 channels to feed the DSI-2 in the rear.
