Short answer: No.
If you expect to both transmit/receive with the CB, you'll want a CB antenna that is resonant on the CB band frequencies: 26.965Mhz to 27.405Mhz. The coax will need to be 50 ohm impedance as well (typical AM/FM coax uses 75 ohm impedance coax).
thanks,
i was going to take the stock antenna off the tour pack but to remove it would be a major job due to them using sealer around the rear lights. if that makes sense. unless you know of a better way.

What he said.... Also, ensure you tune the antenna to the radio for optimum SWR. Unless you want to blow the finals in your radio. For me, I am considering installing my FTM-400XDR but it has a large face, and it's not water proof.
thanks for the tips. i was able to remove the complete antenna assemble from my tour pack so i made a mount for it. now it is hooked up like it was from the factory.
