Anyone else using these helmets?
I have just had my 2nd arrive as the original helmet's battery started to wane.
Just tried to update the firmware and I cannot get either of them to be recognised by the software.
2 different laptops with a mix of cables and nothing.
But connect my 10S and ta-da it works straight away...
So I am thinking either their software is no longer working or suddenly my original and new helmet both have the same issue
So the question is really...has anyone else managed to update lately?
