You on the other hand, as shown in the posted clip above, self proclaimed you don't know **** about audio, and it still holds true today. Quit backpeddlin. It was earlier this is a DIY section. Now its its not a good 2 speaker setup yet everyone claims differnet that does this for a living and holds trophie. Yet you still think you know best. You're a fan joke Shannon its comical man. Sure you know some audio like many do. Not gonna say you don't. For the average guy doing a diy install, they are better. Don't need years of experience to tune them. Why don't you install both sets yourself and see which sounds better. Like I said it's all about the tuning and install. Good luck to you , you're gonna need it

answer zero. Yea a second place now and then as they have to acknowledge the DYI guy whos setup really blew the shops away but I have not seen a competition yet won by a DYI.

Without tuning they will perform better. I'm not an install guy I have an apt in 2 weeks to pull the gz and have dsp and new speakers installed. I have heard both is exactly why I'm switching. Gz are a great speaker if on a small budget and want better than oem sure no doubt.

You also keep talking about competitions. 95% of guys here could care less. They want good tunes while they ride. I hope you're going to a reputable motorcycle audio shop to have your tune done or you're gonna be very unhappy with the results.

And technically that would be 4 speakers, for the non-competition people. Op was asking for best 2 speaker setup, not 4. Now go back and ask your professionals what they would install.
