Hey guys, Looking at removing my factory speaker from my 2016 Street Glide and installing a better set, what should i go with ? Not looking at changing anything other than speakers... thanks
You can change just the speakers but most need to be amp driven to get their full potential. Polk audio may be what your after if no amp or even Rockford
Ok I’ll be that guy. TRUST ME. You will not be happy doing (just) this. Believe me I am only trying to save you a few steps. Changing speakers only will be the first step in many in trying to improve the audio on a motorcycle. I don’t think you’ll find anyone who has changed out speakers only that stayed that way for very long. Doesn’t matter if you’re looking for a parking lot thumper or just something to hear a little better while you’re going down the road. Believe me when I say speakers only will not do it. Plenty of very helpful great guys here to share information with you on doing some thing to simply make it sound a little better and do it right the first time, instead of multiple steps to get to where you want it to be in the first place. Ask a few questions, put together a goal, budget and expectations. Plenty of good suggestions will come your way and save you TONS of time and money. Hope this helps.

Absolutely agree 100%
Check the classified section here, get a pair of good coax speakers and a small amp, simple install, and listen to your tunes at hiway speed!
I’m no audiophile but I just put Boom stage I speakers on my new to me 2014 Tri glide and I can actually hear them at highway speeds. I am actually fairly impressed considering all the **** I heard about them.
