I have a 2018 Street Glide with the boom II 2 amp system. Going to take it out and I want to go to GZ up front (whenever they come back in stock anywhere) and Hertz 690's in the rear with a SD amp. The last system I installed was on my 2013 and it was only front speakers then. So I have a few questions on the new stuff.
Do you get rid of the rear harness all together?
Not familiar with DSP's and flashing the radio
I personally wouldn't use any of the stock wiring from the bike.
You will get better sound with a dsp but is it enough to justify time and money? That's debatable for the average person with only 4 speakers
Come to the meet and great, Babyboy will probably have his flash equipment with and can flash the head unit. The install could probably be managed as well if things go well. It wouldnt be the first install done there...lol

More than likely I will have my little black bag, laptop and possibly a few other things with me at the MNG.
A 2 speaker fairing install and lids shouldnt take more than a couple hours or so with a couple of good hands and the right tools
