no they are swamped. I have never had a problem getting a hold of them. Call service department. They are closed Sunday and Monday. Tues Wed Fri open til 5. Thrs open til 7.

Yeah, I will just call R&R City and make an appointment. I am waiting for line converter to get here. Plus I need cabling kit for the amp.

Metra kits from amazon for 45.00 can be bought from sonicelectronix.com for 30 shipped if in no rush. Sbates hooked me up w that place. Nice 8 guage ofc wire in mesh w battery leads installed velcro ties wires etc

This should work, right? I think I should be all set with this kit. Amp came with RCA to Amp cables. I got line converter coming too. With flattening flash, it should be straight forward.

Those 20 ft rca cables are too long. Don't think that's off wire or it would state it.. CCA I'd bet

Most guys on here run the metra. I just installed two metra kits on my glide
