It very well could be just a bad set as gz has put in mass production to try to keep up with demand and quality just might have been compromised. I hope not and if so I hope it is isolated to just a few speakers. Please let us know what gz says about this.

The paper feels awfully thin and weak. Wondering if they didn’t get them water treated correctly.

They were. And I can go out side and do it again. The speakers aren’t blow by any means.
