Default Batwing Vent Assembly Screw

Good afternoon.
I did a search and could not find this mentioned. I was taking apart the Batwing fairing on 2017 Street Glide. There are 2 black colored torx screws with washers that hold the vent assembly in place. I lost one. If someone knows the name and type of the bolt to help simplify my search for a replacement I would appreciate it. Attached some pictures below.

If others saw what we see there would be more/maybe less inclination to attend things? IDK, call me old fashioned or Southern?

Wow is right my point was he could take the old one and match it up at a hardware store if needed. I don’t spell it out so my apologies.
