Default Pics please

Good evening. I am about to mount 6x9's in my bags. The wiring harness was prefabricated for me. Quick disconnects already in place. That means I will have to drill a larger hole in each saddlebag to get the wires through. I want this to look good and not leak. Those that are willing to help please post some pics of where you drilled your bags and what grommets you used. Thanks!

Nylon Cord grip is what I use.

What Andy posted above is one of the better ways to do it.

On my 6x9 setup I drilled the hole up top near the front to keep the run short and keep the hole away from water splashing up from the road. That was on the clutch side bag with the amp in it. On the brake side bag I put the hole up top in the same place but since it was only needed for one pair of speaker wires it was a much smaller hole which I used a grommet to plug.

I don't have any pics handy of my current setup but here are a few showing how I mounted and wired the first amp and lid speakers.

Good luck.

Your pic reminded me to order the adhesive squares to zip tie the wires to inside the bag.
