4 speaker setup
Hey man, your getting back to being a big ***** again. You aren't the only person that can give advice on here. GZ's with 400w from an SD isn't the only setup available. If you haven't personally ran JL amps before, then you don't know what your talking about.
BTW. Some of the fastest sports cars in the world run V6s lol. Nissan GT-R ring any bells?
I plan on it hence why I picked up a another set. I think I can get 75 more watts out of them safely. If they don't sound as good at 400 all it is 4 screws and a little time on the dsp and rta. I think I have stated numerous times that's the plan cowboy
You're just a plethora or information yourself. Maybe one day I can get to your level.
You and gypsy are the only two guys in the audio world only sending 200 250 watts to them but yes you know what's best. Your ears will tell you a lot then again some of you may have really old or bad ears 👂

BTW the v6 post was unnecessary and childish.
Ok I will step off my soapbox now.

Don't get me wrong I do put power to speakers well above rms and above program power for some of the pro audio speakers. The gz coax i'm sure will take 400! However, I would cut the horn wires and run a separate amp to the horns. I have sent 400 to the red basket 6.5's and they took it with out a problem. I have not sent 400 watts to the gz coax unless I had it split off from the horn, I then would band pass the woofer from 120-4000 ish hz. My opinion, but a 6.5 playing below 100 hz with 400 watts is a magic smoke scenario for sure.
